For nearly 15 years, Perennial has been helping both companies and individuals to look after their assets. As a specialist in advice and risk management, the team strives to be as close as possible to its clients' needs by offering the solutions offered by the insurance market while respecting optimum tax planning. Since 2005, Perennial has gone from strength to strength, always keeping in mind its main concern: to be and remain the architects of long-term success.
Today, Perennial is taking an important step forward with a structural transformation to become a limited company, Perennial SA. With the appointment of Gladys Laffely Maillard, a well-known figure in the field of pensions and tax consultancy, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the consultancy structure in the broad field of insurance has been strengthened. With its subsidiary, Alaris Sàrl, the range of specialised services on offer are all assets and signs of the value we place on continuing to support our customers.
Perennial's main concern is, and will continue to be, to perpetuate what has been achieved through value-creating actions.
