Cette op\u00e9ration permet \u00e0 Howden d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une nouvelle plaque tournante r\u00e9gionale en Suisse Romande.<\/strong><\/p><p>Avec l&rsquo;acquisition de Perennial SA, Howden s&rsquo;\u00e9tend en Suisse Romande. Perennial, fond\u00e9e il y a 20 ans, poss\u00e8de des sites \u00e0 Pr\u00e9verenges pr\u00e8s de Lausanne et \u00e0 Fribourg. Avec cette reprise, Howden cr\u00e9e une nouvelle plaque tournante en Suisse Romande gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une Direction forte.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;entreprise Perennial, fond\u00e9e en 2005 par Sacha Baumli, se concentre sur les affaires d\u2019assurances d\u2019entreprises, en mettant l\u2019accent sur les assurances de personne, les solutions de pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle et la gestion des absences.<\/p><p>Sacha Baumli, actuellement Associ\u00e9 et membre du conseil d&rsquo;administration de Perennial SA, assumera la Direction et le d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9gion Suisse Romande pour Howden.
